Any brand of pencil eyeliner will work for a smoky look. You want to pick a darker color line your eye with it and then use either the sponge tip (if the liner came with one) a smudge brush or a q-tip (those are the most accessible and affordable) and smudge over the line to create that sexy smokey look.Smokey eye liner look ?
Use Revlon Color Stay liquid eyeliner and Maybeline eyeshadow. Put dark brown on your lids, light brown right below your brows, gold on the crease, and very dark brown on the corners.
use pencil or liquid, whatever you find easier. then use a thin eyeshadow brush with black/dark grey eyeshadow over what you did, let it smoke out.
