I don't really know how to describe it but I saw it on a show and love the look....not for every day but unique occasions. Instead of extending out one line from the eye giving it a cat look you extend the bottom and top liner separately giving it a double line look.NEED PIC.... eye liner that extends both the top and lower liner past the eye to create a double line look.?
