Don't use just one color on your lid - use a dark color as a liner, a dark color on the outer corners and then a little lighter color on the inner corner and blend out into the darker color. Then use a shimmery color under your brow bone to open up your eyes.


Also, make sure to use a couple coats of mascara, sweeping out with the wand to bring your lashes not only up but out.


If you want to, line under your eyes, but just the outer third, and be sure to smudge it really well!

apply white eyeliner on the bottom inner part of your eyes. then on the bottom outer side apply a usual dark eyeliner as you do usually. the white eye liner will make eye look bigger because you know that we have a white part of our eye (dont know what its called.) and that white eyeliner will add up to it so it will look like its bigger. sorry If I confused you. Well, you could use white eyeliner on the bottom of your eye lids. But also, if you want to use black or another color, put it on the outside of your eyelid, on the bottom ONLY. Because when you put it on the inside part of your eyelid it tends to make your eyes look very small.

i read somewhere that anything but dark eyeliner seriously try purple, blue something dramatic then use colored mascara


and dont 4get the sparkly white eyeshadow
white eye shadow under eyebrows but rub in so it doesnt look bright white, just lighter. and then if you have blue eyes try a green, brown or dark blue eyeliner. if you have brown use a light blue or purple or blackish -slate color and a lengthning mascara.
To make your eyes apear bigger; Use white eyeliner on your bottom lid.
