you dont have many options with the no makeup look....the only thing that u can do is to curl the lashes...i would suggest u apply a mascara a clear one would be good to just give the eye lashes some staying power

get your eyebrows waxed to frame your eyes, get good sleep, i know you sayed no makeup but it you put some type of sparky eye shadow on your brow bone that opens your eyes alot, also i have herd if you comb your bangs away from your face (like to the side) that helps. also if you are going to wear makeup put the eye liner on the uper rim of your eyelid not in the crease where your eye shuts also if your wearing eyeliner blend the eyeliner in instead of leaveing it in a defined line. wearing fake eyelashes gives you a opened eye look as well. curling eyelashes helps , white eyeliner suposedly opens the eyes too
