WHAT I WOULD DO


Okay, first, apply white eyeliner on the lower lash line.


Black Mascara on lashes (top and some on bottom) and your good to go! (This is the minimal amount of makeup in order to achieve big eyes) This technique does work; I have done this before.

Put black eyeliner on top and on the bottom beneath your eyelashes don't put any in the eye it makes it look smaller.
