she (the child) is most likely trying to read into something. she is attempting to use your eyes like a window.
if you avoid its like saying ';im guilty of something'; or at least it prolly does to her.

when u look into her eyes think abt something which u dislike... probably something disgusting ... look into eyes but beyond her eyes...
