Im sorry but don't think it would look very good your skin complexion and your hair just don't go together with the bold eyeliner i think something very light would look good baisicly because of your blue eyes
i think a little would look great on you, but not too much - like not the ';scene'; look or whatever. it looks great on some people, but ithink it would be too harsh for you
a little bit would be cool.
