Try some of these separately, or try some at the same time, go crazy.
- A good curling mascara, the more your eyelashes frame your eyes the bigger they look.
- Use a colour that brings out your own eye colour. (e.g purple brings out brown eyes, brown brings out green eyes etc)
- Line your top eyelid thinly with either white or black liquid liner.
- Add cat flick to the previous if you want.
- False eyelashes, then add more mascara to those.
- Smokey eyeshadow, blended right out to the outer corner of your eye and beyond :)
- If you are trying to emphasize your eyes, do NOT cake on makeup in other areas, for example too much bronzer/blusher, bright lip gloss etc. A simple lip balm will do.
- A technique that works well for me - smudge black crayon liner on the outside corner of your eyes, then apply white eyeliner/shimmer/shadow to the inside corners.How can i make my eyes look really big?
Light colors for your eyes, darker colors tend to push eyes back and close them.
I would suggest a pink for your lid, and a darker pink, or a purple or a grey for the corner of your eyes. Then maybe a pale pink or a white under your eyebrows
Make sure your eyebrows are well shaped too. This plays a big role as well.
A good rule of thumb is the inside of your eyebrows should be equal to the inside corners of your eyes. The arch should be at a slant to where your pupils are and the outside of your eyebrows should be at a slant to the outside corners of your eyes.
Mascara, to plump and lift your eyelashes, even your bottom eyelashes if they are small. I know mine are fair so I plump my lower eyelashes to open my eyes up more
If you do this, do not put eyeliner on the bottom.
If you choose not to put mascara on and you want eyeliner on the bottom, get a light color. Black will close your eyes more.
And eyelash curler works miracles.
Also, try getting a shimmer to put a shine from the corner of your eyes, down along your cheek bone to open your eyes up
Then I suggest finishing off with a light color for your lips, or just a gloss. This way all the focus isnt on your lips, but on your eyes instead.
most people will say to put eyeliner on the inside of your eye lid but do not do this it actually makes the eyes look smaller. here's what to do: first try to avoid dark eyeshadow color, and go for more colorful bright shadows, and put the shadow all over the lid of your eye, then take a plain shimmery shadow (such as a tan or a white sparkly shadow) and put a bit in the inside and outside corners of each of your eyes. then take a liquid liner (such as black grey or brown) and put a thin layer on the top. then take a pencil in the same color and line your bottom lashes but not on the inside of the lid just as close to the lash you can get. to top it off some thick mascara (preferably in the color of your liner) [ also to add even more you can try some fake eyelashes] i hope this helped. : )

Do you know that natural beauty comes from within and not by adding all kinds of artificial produce. Have you ever watched Charmed? If you look at the middle sister Piper, she hardly wears any make-up. I really think you should use as little as possible, because your features on that photo naturally stand out.
In your case, I would say that you may do yourself a great injustice by adding certain cosmetics. Just my opinion. I really think you should focus on what you want to do and be happy. Your eyes are fine the way they are. Perfect in fact.

here's what you need:
eyeliner(black)
eyeshadow(any colour really, i would use grey/silver/black)
eyeshadow (shimmery white)
lengthening mascara(black)
alright, you'll want to line you're eyes with mascara,
i put it on my waterline, but you don't have to.
then take the white eyeshadow,
and put it in the corner of your eyes, by the tear ducts.
also put a tiny bit near your brow bone.
then apply the darker shadow colour up to your creases.
after words, you may need to apply a little bit,
more eyeliner in case you covered it up with the shadows.
if you want, you can increase the thickness of the liner,
as you go to the outer corners of your eyes.
then all that is left to do,
is throw on a few coats of mascara, and you are good to go.

Light colours on the inside of your eyes. Like silver or white eyeliner in the inside bit of your eye and a darker colour like green on the outside. Also light coloured eyeliner on the outside 1/4 of your bottom eyelid, with no other eyeliner on the bottom
(by inside I mean the bit near your nose, not inside your eye!)
okay i think you should go for
1.eyeliner on top (you could liner on th bottom only halfway or other wise you eyes will look small)
2.curl your eyelashes(trust me, curled eyelashes look better then straight eyelashes)
3.apply an even coat of mascara ( go for volume or lengthening type)
p.s- you could always put eyeshadow on if you want to.
I always thought my eyes looked bigger by putting eyeliner on both the top lid and the bottom lid. I looked like a racoon, but that was the style when I was a teenager. My girlfriend said to me one time, ';I wish you wouldn't put the eyeliner on your bottom lid';. I said to her, ';Well, I f***ing well like it on my bottom lid, so I'm going to wear it there';! Maybe my friends didn't like it, but I thought it looked good on me. If you put eyeliner on your bottom eyelid, don't make it so dark that you look like a racoon, like I did.
pencil eyeliner on your lower lid (rimmel is really good) and liquid eyeliner on your upper lid and it looks really good, however liquid eyeliner can get a bit messy and quite fussy, it's fine fi you put eyeshadow or something on aswell - as it hides the amount of liquid eyeliner you have on :) get the best mascara you can find and it should make your lashes huge; and your eyes will be darker and stand out more - due to the dark black eyeliner highlighting your eyes; and eyeshadow says a lot - and smokey greys/silver/golds/metallics all bright attention to your eyes :)
Black eyeliner on top and bottom, make sure you get the corners of your eyes too. Curl your eyelashes, and use dark mascara. Use teal, purple, or green colors for eyeshadow. They will make your dark eyes pop, but make sure to use more than one shade or color at a time. One color on your lid, another color in the crease of your eyelid. It'll make your eyes stand out incredibly. :) I love eye makeup. lol
If you have tan or darker skin, use a dark brown eyeliner on both the lower and upper eyelids. Don't forget to use a smudge brush to smudge the eyeliner to make it look more natural. Then apply a good quality mascara to your eyelashes.
White eyeliner on the bottom lashline and in the corners of your eyes really makes them look bigger. Light eyeshadows help, too. And of course you should use your regular mascara and such.
the best way would be to apply eyeliner to just the top and not the bottom. If you add eyeliner on the bottom (the usual) it actually makes your eyes smaller
Put white eyeliner on your waterline (place right above bottom eyelashes)
and dark eyeliner below the bottom lashes
use colors that bring out your eye color
curl your lashes %26amp; use mascara on the top only
put white eyeshadow under your brows

Use that covergirl mascara that compliments your eye color, and also eyeliner. Don't use fake eye lashes, just use mascara so it isn't too over the top.
Lots and lots of mascara and do a flick of thick eyeliner at the ends.

i always buy the mascara that makes your lashes a lot longer
put that on and they'll get really big
then put eyeliner on
but not too much because it makes your eyes appear a little smaller.
white eyeliner on waterline
and black eyeliner on top
a metallic color eyeshadow
and false lashes
*apply 2 coats of a mascara, i recommend lash blast*
use a darker eyeshadow on the lower part of your eyelid then use a white eyeshadow on the upper part and blend them a little, a little mascara and your on your way
you can apply white eyeliner on the bottom lid of your eye, it will make your eyes look bigger and more awake.. even trya banks does it

Just line the top lashes. Lining all the way around your eye makes them look smaller.
