How to apply eyeliner so your eyes don't look dirty or like you were just crying?

I have green eyes and pale to medium skin tone. (idk if that's important lol)How to apply eyeliner so your eyes don't look dirty or like you were just crying?
Um. ?? I'm not sure why eyeliner would make your eyes look dirty, or like you've been crying. Mine doesn't look like that.


My best advice is to stay as close to the lash line as possible and don't use a pencil, use a mechanical penicil kind. Don't just draw one big, stupid black circle on your eye. It's hard to type out how you should do it. But do one thin line on top that doesn't start at the center corner of your eye. Start it kind of from the middle of your eye and draw out past the outer corner of your eye. Then, for the bottom, do the same thing. DO NOT start at the inner corner of your eye. Start at the center and draw out slightly past the outer corner of your eye. That's how you get cat-eyes like Beyonce. NEVER NEVER NEVER NEVER NEVER NEVER NEVER put black eyeliner near the inner corners of your eye. If you do, you'll look like a 14-year old emo loser with no knowledge of makeup or ability to put it on (I see idiots like this every time I go to the mall).How to apply eyeliner so your eyes don't look dirty or like you were just crying?
TOP EYELINER:





put your finger on the outside corner of your eye, close your eye, and pull outward toward your ear.


Then, apply eyeliner thinly across the lash line.


when you let go of your eye, your eyeliner should be smooth.








BOTTOM EYELINER:





put your finger right below your the center of your eye, and pull downward.


Put the eyeliner on the thin edge of skin between your eye and your eyelashes.


You might have to go over it a few times.
i have green eyes too! if a eyeliner is good it probably cost more than 3 bucks. also eyeliner should always be wore on the waterline! ALWAYSSSS. dark eyeshadow on the bottom of eye if you want. + leaf green eyes look amazing with a nice yellowy/white shimmer shadow, one day i tried some new shadow in that color and i was like holy crap i look amazing like all day. LOL oh %26amp; always curl lashes!! (:
I have the same, green eyes medium skin tone, I just sharpen the pencil to a very pointy edgy and apply it half way around just the bottom then put mascara on.
