than the other eye and it look like he cant open it all the way..is this normal after stitches and will his eye go back to the normal size??My dog had his eye shut w/stitches on it for 2 weeks and now that they are removed his eye looks way smaller?

The tissue around the eyes would still be swollen making his eyes look smaller. Once the swelling goes down and he continues to heal his eyes should go back to normal.
Depends on what was wrong?
If it was entrpian yes.
