Use a white shimmery shadow or a highlighter pencil on the inner corners of your eyes and on your brow bone! That will instantly brighten up your eyes.


You you can use a white eyeliner pencil on the inner rim on your bottom lash line. That makes the white in your eyes appear whiter(which then makes your eyes brighter)


No need to go out and spend bunches of money on this stuff either.
White eyeliner or your water line and some white eyeshadow on your inner corner, this makes your eyes look more open. And if you want the whites of your eyes to look whiter and brighter, wear blue eyeliner on your top and bottom lids + water liner.

before you start putting on your eye shaddow, put on a smal amount of white shadow


or something very pale


and then put your shaddow over it
