well all i can see is that she is wearing minimal makeup, ya only white eyeliner, mascara, and maybe either brown or a dark colored eyeliner. its a webcam pic, a little distorted. if you want your eyes to pop like that, remember that she has naturally big eyes, and makeup wont make your eyes look like that unless you naturally have big eyes as well. best i can help :)How to make my eyes look like this?
From what I can tell, you're right. She's lined her inner lids with brown liner, her outer lids with white liner, and her upper lashes with mascara. Also, her eyes aren't really that big. She's doing that on her own by widening her eyes a bit.
that look only works on grls with dark hair dark eyes and big eves soo it depends .





shes wearing just alittle touch of eveliner some white eye shado and some light light pink almost white eveshadow
