just play with the eyeliner. use an eyeliner pencil - prefer the ones with a smudger tip on the other end. draw a thick line on your top lid - not too thick though. then gently rub the smudger tip on the line until it turns out the way you like it.
Buy some of the old fashioned eyeliner.. it comes in a little pot, and you get a thin brush, wet it, then run it through the pot. This is great for giving you those really lovely lines that french models have!





Or if you want smokey, you need to get a kohl pencil, Benefit do a great one, and then smudge it with your little finger. Don't go over the top, you will look like a panda!





Secondly, invest in the mascara that has one side for lengthening and the other for the coating... Maybelline do a great one.





The best way to get smoky eyes is to buy some black eyeshadow, and some dark grey. Use the black to go over the eyeliner, which will make the line smokey, and also rub it into the crease of your eye near the outside, this will make your eyes appear bigger. Then use the grey to colour the rest of your lids.

you're probably really young-so i'll warn you ahead of time-once you get the hang of doing eyemakeup you'll probably use it just about everyday and later it will be everyday and every night. so make sure that you start now while you're young to remove eyemakeup without tugging at your eyes too much or else you'll end up with wrinkles by the time you hit age 20. just friendly advice..

u want to keep the makeup close to around the edges of ur eyes not so far out like in ur pic follow the great tips u have got already and u'll look hotter if that is possible because u are sexy as hell and smart to ;)
the secret is simply eyeliner on ur upper lid and lower lids of your eyes...than put maskara and if you want it smokier, try using dark eyeshadows,like charcoal gray but dont put too much just align it a little at the tip of you outer side of the eye..

Apply the eyeliner all around the edge of your eyes, and smudge with a cotton bud/ eye brush, especially under the outer corners of your eyes. It always works for me when I've forgotten my eyeshadow :-)
Achieving the smoky eye is more about the technique than the color of the eyeshadow. Divide your eye in three from top to bottom...1) Brow bone 2) crease 3) lid. Apply eye shadow using a sponge tip applicator on lid only in a packing on style then blend it using an eyeshadow brush blend it out up to the crease using a circular Motion (pivoting) next apply a lighter color on the brow bone and again blend using a circular motion. Outline your eye top and bottom with a dark eyeliner pencil then with the same eyeshadow you used on your lid blend with a q-tip. Finally apply tons of mascara!
