everyone thinks eyeliner makes your eyes look bigger, but it doesn't. it makes them look REALLY small, unless you put it on a certain way that i don't understand haha. i wear three kinds of mascara, so i have huuuge lashes, and i put on a neutral colored eyeshadow, then put black at the ends of my eyes, and brown in the middle, then blend it all together so it's like a gradient kinda thing. i use my finger for my eyeshadow so it looks more blended.
The smaller your eyes are the less eye liner i would say to use.. Since you eyes are blue, i would not go with a black eye liner..the black makes your eyes look smaller..Another thing is the way you put on your eyeliner..i don't suggest putting it from one corner of your eye to the next, instead start your eye liner at the beginning of your eye where the color starts and move to the out side of the eye. you can also do the same for the top eye lid. leave that little space will open your eyes right up. I have blue eyes and i use different color eye liners..Blue, Purple are great but if you nervous i would go with a brown. Purple is probably the best color for blue eyes. It really makes them pop. I put blue eye liner and then take purple shadow and kinda put it over the eyeliner..it comes out a really unique color. FINALLY curl your eye lashes and use mascara..Mascara is a girls best friend..it will really open your eyes up.
-Wear false eyelashes. You can buy them at Sephora, Sally Beauty Supply, Walmart, or any drugstore. Don't buy the individual lashes because they will ruin your eyelashes over time.





-Curl your eyelashes before you apply mascara.





-Apply two coats of brown or black thickening mascara.





-Use a gold eyeliner on the lids and the inner part of the eyelid. It makes the eyes look bigger and gives them a nice sheen.





-Always apply a highlight shade under the eyebrow and in the tear duct area. Highlight shades include: light pink, white, vanilla, gold, iridescent, and champagne.

I would suggest a black or maybe a dark brown eyeliner pencil. They make your eyes pop out. %26amp; try to get a color eye shadow that is the complete opposite of your eye color, so it would bring it out more. If you get the same color eye shadow as your eyes it looks tacky, enless you are like really good with makeup.

when you do ur eyemakeup apply your highlight or pale frosty color in to the tear duct area working up into the crease or use a navy blue or nude color to your waterline or use a navy blue mascara(brown too)
Eyeliner will make your eyes look bigger. Just don't over-do it. And a nice and pretty eyeshadow that matches your eye color will enhance your eye color and make them seem brighter at the same time. (:

will first dont enclose your eyes in eyeliner i think it makes eyes sorta look smaller depending on the eye do only on top lid and wear a pinkish skin color sparkley eyshadow

Use some eyeliner on the top, and bottom,
